Privacy notice
Toolkit Meadow is the data controller for personal data collected through toolkitmeadow.click and through email at hello@toolkitmeadow.click. We work from Level 10, 72 Demo Avenue, Kuala Lumpur 00000, Malaysia. Telephone: +60 3 0000 5410.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, the review you selected, optional notes about what you currently record, and your message.
- Booking administration: deposit references, invoices, and the names of people who join kickoffs and readouts.
- Work materials you send: event lists and session samples. You must remove personal identifiers of your users before sending. If we notice phone numbers, identity documents, or card data, we stop and ask for a clean sample.
- Site technical data: server logs such as IP address and time of request, kept only as long as hosting requires.
- Cookies: see the cookies page. Analytics cookies run only if you accept.
Why we collect it
We reply to enquiries, perform the booked review, invoice, and keep records required under Malaysian tax and commercial practice. Legal bases we rely on include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in running a small studio, and consent for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking files, including findings we issued to you, are kept for seven years for accounting. Session samples are deleted within thirty days after the readout unless you ask in writing for an earlier deletion. Server logs follow the host’s default, typically under ninety days.
Your rights
Depending on applicable Malaysian personal data law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent. Write to hello@toolkitmeadow.click. You may also contact the relevant Malaysian personal data authority if you have an unresolved complaint.
International transfers
Some email or hosting providers may store copies outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we use providers under written terms and avoid placing session samples on consumer file-share links.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it with the accountant who issues invoices, with the bank that receives transfers, and with authorities when required by Malaysian law. We do not share your event inventory with other clients.
