Event naming session
A half-day table session that rewrites the in-app event names a new teammate would actually understand next quarter.
Bring the live build and the current event list. Priya Menon facilitates. The output is a marked list and a one-page rule for future names (subject, verb, screen, and what must never share a name).
We stop at four hours. If the list has more than eighty events, we take a second sitting at the same rate rather than rushing the last forty into slogans.
