Terms of use
These terms apply to visits to toolkitmeadow.click and to paid reviews and sessions offered by Toolkit Meadow from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using the site or booking work, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send an intake or pay a deposit.
The work
We provide human-delivered reviews and sessions about in-app engagement analytics: inventories, session reading, naming facilitation, cohort reading, and launch-week notes. We do not sell software, hosted analytics, or a right to use another company’s product. Written findings are advice about recordings and names; they are not legal, privacy, or financial advice.
Booking and deposits
A booking exists when we send written acceptance of dates and a deposit of thirty percent is received. Until then, proposed dates are held only as a courtesy. You must have authority to share the event list and any session sample.
Intellectual property
You keep your event names, screens, recordings, and extracts. We keep our method notes, templates, and the wording of findings that does not quote your confidential material. You may circulate the findings inside your organisation. You may not republish them as if they were your own research without saying Toolkit Meadow wrote the review.
Confidentiality
We treat inventories and session samples as confidential, store them only for the retention period in the privacy notice, and refuse samples that still contain obvious personal identifiers.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Toolkit Meadow is not liable for lost profits, product decisions you take after a readout, or vendor fees you continue to pay. Our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including for fraud or personal injury.
Site content
Pages on this site are informational. Rates are starting figures. Forms post to a static acknowledgement file for demonstration of the request flow; a booking is confirmed only in our email reply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek interim relief elsewhere to protect confidential material.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version dated on the site at the time of your deposit applies to that booking.
